Holly and her team were very helpful and made sure I was pleased with the plant I ordered for a condolence delivery to dear friends. The delivery was very quick. I called late in the afternoon, and it was delivered the next morning. Excellent and professional customer service. Very pleased, thank you!

10 stars for me!! Just the 2 of us…Naples FL wedding beach. June 28. I have Long admired the display windows when I would go next-door to Whit’s Custard! I received such incredible personal service & suggestions when I picked out my bouquet. So thrilled with the bouquet & they packed it so well for the drive over to Naples. It lasted through the ceremony and held up so well.

I just had such a wonderful experience here today. I was notified at the last minute that a client was ill and I stopped in on my way to the appointment to pick up a flower arrangement to brighten their day. Although Kimberly’s was slammed with Mother’s Day orders they were kind enough to stop and quickly put together a beautiful arrangement for me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service which is as elusive as a unicorn in today’s world. I would highly recommend you try Kimberly’s for your next floral order!

This was my first time ordering from Kimberly's Flowers and I am thoroughly impressed. The flower arrangement was beautifully composed with just the right variety of flowers and colors, and very very abundant. Best of all, each and every flower was at its freshest. Delivery was on time on one of the busiest days of the year (Mother's Day), and the person who delivered them was very kind and brought them inside as they were heavy for my elderly mother to carry. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I called, told them what I wanted, and they did exactly what I had in mind. They are masters at making flower arrangements. Every bloom is fresh, the presentation is perfection, and they’re so easy to work with. I cannot recommend Kimberly’s enough. We’ve been ordering from them for years for a reason. Both personally and for business arrangements.
